Ingredients

  • 6 oz Fresh oysters
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch White pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add a pinch of salt and white pepper.
  2. 2. Mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry.
  3. 3. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until slightly set.
  5. 5. Add the oysters and cornstarch slurry to the pan, and cook until the eggs are fully set and the oysters are cooked through.
  6. 6. Drizzle soy sauce over the omelet and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot.
