Ingredients 

Fish Ball Mixture

  • 500 g Fish paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch

Filling

  • 100 g Ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped green onions

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix the fish paste, salt, and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth.
  2. 2. In another bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sugar, and green onions for the filling.
  3. 3. Take a small amount of fish paste, flatten it, and place a bit of the pork filling in the center. Wrap the fish paste around the filling to form a ball.
  4. 4. Repeat until all the fish paste and filling are used up.
  5. 5. Steam the fish balls for about 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
