Fuzzy Melon Stir Fry Recipe
A simple and delicious stir fry with fuzzy melon and other fresh ingredients.

Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Fuzzy Melon peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Carrots julienned
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the sliced fuzzy melon and carrots. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt. Stir well to combine.
Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
