Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Fuzzy Melon peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced fuzzy melon and carrots. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt. Stir well to combine.
  5. Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
