Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Gai Lan (Chinese Broccoli) trimmed and washed
  • 2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the gai lan for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the blanched gai lan to the wok and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to coat the gai lan evenly. Cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Serve immediately as a side dish.
