Ginger Scallion Lobster/Crab Recipe
A delicious seafood dish featuring lobster or crab with ginger and scallions.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Lobster or Crab cleaned and cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger julienned
- 4 stalks Scallions cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- ½ cup Chicken Broth
1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the lobster or crab pieces and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the scallions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and chicken broth. Stir well.
5. Cover and let it cook for another 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
