Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Lobster or Crab cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger julienned
  • 4 stalks Scallions cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ½ cup Chicken Broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the lobster or crab pieces and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the scallions, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and chicken broth. Stir well.
  5. 5. Cover and let it cook for another 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
