  • 1 whole Chicken cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 20 g Ginseng sliced
  • 10 pieces Red Dates pitted
  • 5 pieces Goji Berries
  • 2 slices Ginger
  • 1 litre Water
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, add the chicken pieces and water. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface.
  3. 3. Add ginseng, red dates, goji berries, and ginger slices.
  4. 4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1.5 hours.
  5. 5. Season with salt to taste before serving.
