Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pork liver sliced thinly
  • 30 g Goji berries
  • 1 L Chicken broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse the goji berries and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pot.
  4. 4. Add the sliced pork liver to the pot and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the goji berries and simmer for another 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve hot.
