Main Ingredients
- 200 g Pork liver sliced thinly
- 30 g Goji berries
- 1 L Chicken broth
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Rinse the goji berries and set aside.
2. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
3. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pot.
4. Add the sliced pork liver to the pot and cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Add the goji berries and simmer for another 30 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot.
