Main Ingredients
- 400 g Firm tofu cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 piece Ginger minced
- 1 cup Vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 2 stalks Green onions chopped
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
3. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
4. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer.
5. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
