Hong Kong Style Minced Beef with Soft Boiled Egg on Rice

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Minced Beef
- 4 Eggs soft boiled
- 2 cups Rice cooked
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 cup Water
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
2. In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add minced beef to the pan and cook until browned.
4. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and water. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. Add the cornstarch mixture to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
6. Soft boil the eggs: bring a pot of water to a boil, carefully add the eggs, and cook for 6-7 minutes. Remove and place in cold water before peeling.
7. Serve the minced beef over the cooked rice and top with a soft boiled egg.
