Hot Dry Noodles Recipe (Reganmian)

Main Ingredients
- 400 g Wheat noodles
- 3 tablespoon Sesame paste
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chili oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine sesame paste, soy sauce, chili oil, minced garlic, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
3. Toss the cooked noodles in the sauce until evenly coated.
4. Garnish with chopped green onions and drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
