Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g smoked pork belly
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Slice the smoked pork belly thinly.
  2. Cut green and red peppers into strips.
  3. Mince the garlic.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  6. Add pork belly slices and stir-fry until slightly crispy.
  7. Add peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, and salt.
  9. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  10. Serve hot.
