Hunan Smoked Pork Recipe (Stir-fried La Rou)

Main Ingredients
- 200 g smoked pork belly
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
Slice the smoked pork belly thinly.
Cut green and red peppers into strips.
Mince the garlic.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add pork belly slices and stir-fry until slightly crispy.
Add peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, and salt.
Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
