Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 300 g Pork tenderloin cut into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup Green onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the pork strips with soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sugar for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the marinated pork strips to the wok and stir-fry until cooked through.
  4. 4. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. 5. Add the green onions and stir-fry for another minute. Serve hot.
