Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Peanuts roasted, unsalted
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 4 units Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. 4. Pour in the sauce mixture and cook until the chicken is coated and cooked through.
  5. 5. Stir in peanuts and green onions. Serve hot.
