Kung Pao Chicken Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Peanuts roasted, unsalted
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 4 units Green onions chopped
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
3. Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
4. Pour in the sauce mixture and cook until the chicken is coated and cooked through.
5. Stir in peanuts and green onions. Serve hot.
