Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lamb, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice, and rosemary.
  2. 2. Add lamb cubes to the bowl and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread the lamb cubes onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked to your liking.
