Li Hongzhang Hotchpotch / Hodgepodge Recipe
A traditional Chinese dish named after Li Hongzhang, combining various ingredients into a hearty stew.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Chicken cut into pieces
- 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 100 g Ham sliced
- 200 g Cabbage chopped
- 100 g Mushrooms sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 500 ml Chicken Broth
1. Heat the pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
2. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned.
4. Add the shrimp, ham, cabbage, and mushrooms. Stir well.
5. Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
