Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Yi Mein noodles
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the Yi Mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the bean sprouts and green onions, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cooked noodles to the wok. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss everything together.
  5. 5. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
