Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Dragon Well tea leaves
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Steep tea leaves in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, stir-fry until pink.
  4. Add tea leaves, soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir well.
  5. Cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
