Main Ingredients
- 200 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Dragon Well tea leaves
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
Steep tea leaves in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add shrimp, stir-fry until pink.
Add tea leaves, soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir well.
Cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
