Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 300 g Lotus Root peeled and sliced
  • 1 piece Carrot sliced
  • 1 piece Corn cut into chunks
  • 1 liter Chicken Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the lotus root, carrot, and corn to the pot.
  3. 3. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
