- 200 g Lotus Seeds soaked overnight
- 1 piece Pork Stomach cleaned and sliced
- 2 liters Water
- 1 piece Ginger sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- to taste Salt
1. Soak lotus seeds overnight.
2. Clean and slice the pork stomach.
3. In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
4. Add lotus seeds, pork stomach, ginger, and garlic to the pot.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
6. Season with salt to taste before serving.
