Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork belly
  • 200 g Firm tofu
  • 4 Baked wheat cakes
  • 1 piece Ginger sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic smashed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 liter Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the pork belly into chunks.
  2. 2. In a large pot, add water, pork belly, ginger, and garlic. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  4. 4. Add tofu, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Continue to simmer for another 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Add baked wheat cakes and simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
