Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Glutinous rice flour
  • 100 g Red bean paste
  • 50 g Soybean flour
  • 150 ml Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix the glutinous rice flour with water to form a dough.
  2. 2. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet using a rolling pin.
  3. 3. Spread the red bean paste evenly over the dough.
  4. 4. Roll the dough into a log and cut into small pieces.
  5. 5. Steam the pieces for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Roll the steamed pieces in soybean flour to coat.
