Lvdagun / Ludagun Recipe (Rolling Donkey)
A traditional Chinese dessert made from glutinous rice flour and red bean paste, rolled in soybean flour.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Glutinous rice flour
- 100 g Red bean paste
- 50 g Soybean flour
- 150 ml Water
1. Mix the glutinous rice flour with water to form a dough.
2. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet using a rolling pin.
3. Spread the red bean paste evenly over the dough.
4. Roll the dough into a log and cut into small pieces.
5. Steam the pieces for 10 minutes.
6. Roll the steamed pieces in soybean flour to coat.
