  • 500 g Pork cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 200 g Lychee peeled and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the pork and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well.
  5. 5. Add the lychee and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot with rice.
