Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Tofu firm, cubed
  • 200 g Ground Pork
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoon Doubanjiang (Chili Bean Paste)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon Sichuan Peppercorns ground
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
  2. Add ground pork, cook until browned.
  3. Stir in doubanjiang, soy sauce, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add tofu cubes, simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in sugar and cornstarch slurry. Cook until sauce thickens.
  6. Sprinkle with ground Sichuan peppercorns and chopped green onions. Serve hot.
