Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 large Fish Head cleaned and chopped
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Clean and chop the fish head into pieces.
  2. 2. In a large pot, heat some oil and sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the fish head pieces and cook until slightly browned.
  4. 4. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the milk and fish sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
