Mung Bean Sheet Noodles Recipe (Liang Pi variation)
A refreshing and chewy noodle dish made from mung bean starch, perfect for hot weather.

Noodles
- 1 cup Mung bean starch
- 2 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
Mix mung bean starch and water in a bowl until smooth.
Add salt and whisk well.
Pour the mixture into a tray and steam for 10-15 minutes until set.
Let it cool, then cut into thin strips.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Toss the noodles with the sauce and serve.
