- 400 g Noodles any type
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Chili flakes
- 4 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 2 stalks Green onions chopped
1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil until it starts to smoke.
3. Place the cooked noodles in a large bowl. Add minced garlic, chili flakes, soy sauce, and chopped green onions on top.
4. Carefully pour the hot oil over the noodles and seasonings. Mix everything well.
5. Serve immediately.
