  • 1 large Old cucumber peeled and cut into chunks
  • 200 g Pork ribs blanched
  • 6 cups Water
  • 2 pieces Dried scallops optional
  • 6 pieces Red dates pitted
  • 1 piece Dried cuttlefish optional
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and cut the old cucumber into chunks.
  2. 2. Blanch the pork ribs in boiling water for a few minutes, then drain.
  3. 3. In a pot, add water, blanched pork ribs, old cucumber chunks, dried scallops, red dates, and dried cuttlefish.
  4. 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  5. 5. Season with salt to taste before serving.
