Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. 5. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
