Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Fish Fillets Preferably white fish
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 inch Ginger Julienned
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the fish fillets to the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. 4. Remove the fish from the pan and set aside.
  5. 5. In the same pan, add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. 6. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the pan, and stir to combine.
  7. 7. Return the fish to the pan, spooning the sauce over the fillets. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through.
  8. 8. Serve the fish hot, garnished with extra ginger or green onions if desired.
