Main Ingredients
- 200 g Tofu firm, drained and cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Green Onions chopped
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar. Stir well to coat the tofu.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
