Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Noodles Preferably wheat noodles
  • 100 g Pork Thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Minced
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 stalks Green Onions Chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the wok over medium-high heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until browned.
  3. 3. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for another minute.
  4. 4. Pour in the soy sauce, chili oil, chicken broth, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add the cooked noodles and green onions. Toss to combine.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
