  • 1 whole Pig stomach cleaned thoroughly
  • 2 tablespoon Peppercorns
  • 1 piece Ginger sliced
  • 4 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Salt to taste
  • 8 cups Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Clean the pig stomach thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the pig stomach for 5 minutes. Remove and rinse under cold water.
  3. 3. In the same pot, add 8 cups of water, ginger, garlic, and peppercorns. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the pig stomach back into the pot. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours until tender.
  5. 5. Season with salt to taste. Serve hot.
