Prawn & Black Bean Stir-fry

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Prawns peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Black bean sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger minced
- 1 pc Red bell pepper sliced
- 1 pc Green bell pepper sliced
- 1 pc Onion sliced
1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the bell peppers and onion, stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Pour in the black bean sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
6. Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
