Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Carrot, shredded
- 1 cup Daikon, shredded
- 1 cup Cucumber, shredded
- 1 cup Red Bell Pepper, shredded
- 1 cup Pickled Ginger, shredded
- 1 cup Pomelo, segmented
- 1 cup Smoked Salmon, sliced
- 1 cup Crispy Wonton Strips
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup Plum Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Five-Spice Powder
1. Arrange all the shredded vegetables, pomelo, smoked salmon, and crispy wonton strips on a large platter.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the plum sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and five-spice powder to make the dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over the arranged ingredients.
4. Toss the salad together with chopsticks, lifting the ingredients high in the air to mix well and symbolize prosperity.
