  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Rub the suckling pig with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stuff the cavity with minced garlic and rosemary sprigs.
  3. Place the pig in a roasting pan and roast in the preheated oven for about 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  4. Let the pig rest for 20 minutes before carving. Serve and enjoy!
