Ingredients

  • 200 g All-purpose flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 100 ml Water
  • 200 ml Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix flour and eggs in a bowl to form a dough.
  2. 2. Roll the dough out and cut into small strips.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the dough strips until golden brown.
  4. 4. In another pan, dissolve sugar in water to make a syrup.
  5. 5. Coat the fried dough strips with the syrup and let it cool.
