Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken about 3-4 pounds
  • 2 tablespoon Sichuan peppercorns
  • 3 tablespoon Chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 bunch Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the chicken in a pot of water until cooked through, about 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Remove the chicken and let it cool. Once cooled, chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix Sichuan peppercorns, chili oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, sugar, and vinegar.
  4. 4. Pour the sauce over the chopped chicken and mix well.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve.
