Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Prawns/Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 pcs Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine prawns/shrimp, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch. Mix well to coat evenly.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Add the prawns/shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  4. 4. Add minced garlic and chopped green onions to the pan. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
