Salt and Pepper Prawns / Shrimp Recipe
A simple and delicious recipe for salt and pepper prawns or shrimp.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Prawns/Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 pcs Green Onions chopped
1. In a bowl, combine prawns/shrimp, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch. Mix well to coat evenly.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
3. Add the prawns/shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through.
4. Add minced garlic and chopped green onions to the pan. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
