Instructions
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

4. Fry the squid in batches until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
5. Remove the squid and drain on paper towels.
6. Sprinkle with chili flakes if using, and serve immediately.
