Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Firm Tofu drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil for frying
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 unit Green Onion chopped

Instructions 

  1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Toss the tofu cubes in the cornstarch mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the tofu cubes until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add the minced garlic and chopped green onion to the pan, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
