Salted Egg Yolk Prawns/Shrimp Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Prawns/Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 4 Salted Egg Yolks steamed and mashed
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon White Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Milk
1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the butter and let it melt.
4. Stir in the mashed salted egg yolks and cook until bubbly.
5. Add the prawns/shrimp and stir-fry until they turn pink and are cooked through.
6. Add sugar, salt, white pepper, and milk. Stir well to combine.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
