- 500 g Pumpkin peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 Salted egg yolks steamed and mashed
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Chicken powder
1. Steam the pumpkin until tender, about 10 minutes. Set aside.
2. In a wok, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the mashed salted egg yolks and stir until bubbly.
4. Add the steamed pumpkin, sugar, salt, and chicken powder. Stir well to coat the pumpkin evenly.
5. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
