Salted Fish Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 100 grams Salted fish diced
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and diced salted fish. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until they are just set.
  5. Add the cooked rice to the wok and mix everything together.
  6. Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
