Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water

Filling

  • 1 lb Ground lamb
  • 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. In another bowl, combine ground lamb, chopped onion, salt, pepper, and cumin powder. Mix well.
  3. 3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. 4. Divide dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle.
  5. 5. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold and seal the edges to form a bun.
  6. 6. Place buns on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
