Instructions
1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
2. In another bowl, combine ground lamb, chopped onion, salt, pepper, and cumin powder. Mix well.
3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
4. Divide dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle.
5. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold and seal the edges to form a bun.
6. Place buns on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
