Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless cut into bite-sized pieces
  • cup Soy sauce
  • cup Rice wine
  • cup Sesame oil
  • 8 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 1 piece Ginger sliced
  • 2 pieces Red chili optional, sliced
  • 1 cup Basil leaves fresh

Instructions 

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic, ginger, and red chili. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and rice wine. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  5. Stir in the basil leaves and cook for another minute.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
