Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 300 g Beef strips thinly sliced
  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 1 cup Satay sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 handful Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion, and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the beef strips and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Add the bell peppers and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in the satay sauce and soy sauce, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
  6. 6. Add the cooked noodles to the wok and toss everything together until well coated.
  7. 7. Remove from heat, stir in the lime juice, and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
