  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 stalk Green Onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Oil optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Steam the soft tofu for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
  3. 3. Pour the sauce over the steamed tofu.
  4. 4. Garnish with chopped green onion and a drizzle of chili oil if desired.
