  • 4 stalks Scallions sliced
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the scallions and cook until they are crispy and fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and salt to the pan. Stir to combine.
