Main Ingredients
- 200 g Noodles any type of noodles
- 4 stalks Scallions sliced
- 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the scallions and cook until they are crispy and fragrant.
3. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and salt to the pan. Stir to combine.
4. Toss the cooked noodles in the pan with the scallion oil mixture until well coated.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
