Ingredients

  • 1 cup Glutinous Rice Flour
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Water Warm
  • ½ cup Red Bean Paste
  • 1 cup Sesame Seeds
  • as needed Oil For frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour and sugar.
  2. Gradually add warm water and knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each one.
  4. Place a small amount of red bean paste in the center and seal the dough around it.
  5. Roll each ball in sesame seeds to coat evenly.
  6. Heat oil in a deep fryer and fry the sesame balls until golden brown.
  7. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
