Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Glutinous Rice Flour
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Water Warm
- ½ cup Red Bean Paste
- 1 cup Sesame Seeds
- as needed Oil For frying
In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour and sugar.
Gradually add warm water and knead into a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into small balls and flatten each one.
Place a small amount of red bean paste in the center and seal the dough around it.
Roll each ball in sesame seeds to coat evenly.
Heat oil in a deep fryer and fry the sesame balls until golden brown.
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
