- 200 g dried noodles
- 3 tablespoon sesame paste
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix sesame paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and water until smooth.
Toss noodles with the sauce until well coated.
Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
